Refund Policy

Within 14 days of receipt, you can easily return your products by logging into your Dos Padel account. Log in with the e-mail address you used to place the order. In your account you can request a return directly. Once your request has been reviewed, you will automatically receive the return instructions. Return costs: €5–€10 (depending on the country).

Return conditions

A product can be returned if:

✔ it is returned within 14 days of receipt
✔ it is unused
✔ it is undamaged
✔ it is complete
✔ it is in its original condition (labels attached, clean condition)

❌ Non-returnable

• used padel rackets

• rackets with impact damage, scratches or signs of use

• opened packaging of grips, overgrips, dampeners, socks

• opened padel balls

• worn or washed clothing, or clothing with odours (smoke, perfume, deodorant, sweat)

• personalised or specially ordered products

💰 Refund

After receipt and approval of the return, the amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Any reduction in value will be deducted if products have been used or damaged.

Always keep the proof of shipment of your return.
