Dos Padel ships within the Netherlands and internationally to all countries available during checkout.
Delivery times

The stated delivery times are indicative and are target times. Dos Padel strives to ship orders as quickly as possible, but is dependent on external carriers. No rights can be derived from this.
Track & Trace
You will automatically receive a Track & Trace link after shipment.
Wrong address
Please check your address carefully:
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
International customs fees
Import duties and taxes may apply to orders outside the EU. These costs are for the customer.
Damaged delivery
Did your order arrive damaged? Report this in 48 hours at the delivery service and keep the packaging. They will handle the damage further.
Returns
You can easily return your products within 14 days of receipt by logging into your Dos Padel account. Log in with the email address you used to place the order. You can immediately request a return in your account. After your application has been assessed, you will automatically receive return instructions. Return costs: €5–€10 (depending on the country).

Return conditions
A product can be returned when:
✔ It inside 14 days will be returned after receipt
✔ It is unused
✔ It is undamaged
✔ It is complete
✔ It is in original condition (tags present, clean condition)
❌ Not returnable

used padel rackets
-
rackets with impact damage, scratches, signs of use

opened packages of grips, overgrips, dampeners, socks

opened padel balls
-
worn or washed clothing, or clothing with odors (smoke, perfume, deodorant, sweat)

personalized or specially ordered products
💰 Refund
After receipt and approval the amount will be received after the return shipment 14 days refunded via the original payment method.
Any depreciation will be settled when products are used or damaged.
Always keep the shipping receipt for your return shipment.
